Wafer / bare-die products supply power MOSFETs in wafer or singulated bare-die form, for customers doing their own packaging, module integration or hybrid/MCM/SiP assembly. They span SGT, trench and super-junction silicon processes across 8-inch and 12-inch lines, with parameters covering die size, gross die per wafer, thinned thickness and key electrical characteristics.
- Select by process (SGT / trench / super-junction) and voltage rating; electrical parameters match the corresponding packaged parts
- Die size and gross-die-per-wafer inform wafer utilization and cost
- Thinned thickness affects thermal resistance and back-end packaging; confirm against the packaging plan
- Minimum order quantity and lead time for wafer / die supply are subject to manufacturer confirmation
