About FM Swift
FM Swift (registered name: Shanghai Fuwei Xunjie Digital Technology Co., Ltd.) was spun off as a company entity in August 2022 from Fudan Microelectronics' (SSE STAR: 688385) internet innovation division, with RMB 50 million registered capital. It is a controlled, consolidated subsidiary of Fudan (which directly holds 40.85%, alongside 15% held by Fudan management, 15% by FM Swift employees, 24% by Haojun Venture Capital and 5.15% by other investors, with control exercised via a concert-party arrangement). Headquartered in Shanghai with a core team of 60+ mostly from Fudan, it operates a SaaS platform model — starting from public-transit NFC online services and expanding into mobile virtual cards, campus-card/access-control scenarios and automotive-grade IC-card car keys — and runs its own short-range-communication test lab covering NFC EMV&Forum testing, transit-application certification, automotive digital-key testing and Bluetooth/UWB IoT compatibility testing. As a Fudan-controlled subsidiary, FM Swift takes on Fudan's MCU/metering and smart-appliance IC lines; NFC and eMMC belong to Fudan and remain under the Fudan brand.
