The shortlist for the 2026 World Electronics Achievement Awards has been published, and three SineSemi products are nominated under Power Semiconductor Product of the Year. The programme is organised by EE Times China, spans the semiconductor supply chain, and judges across three dimensions: companies, executives and technology products.
The three shortlisted parts each target a different high-power-density application: the 80V SGT SMT8001AHP for AI server power, the 45V high-frequency SGT SMT4501ALRNSCG for data-center IBC brick power, and the 135V TOLL-packaged SGT SMT13T02AHTL for the high-power joint motors of embodied AI.

SMT8001AHP comes in a compact surface-mount PDFN5060 package with 1.2 mΩ of on-resistance. SineSemi balanced efficiency, dynamic performance and thermal margin across the design; the part has been qualified at several leading power-supply customers and is in volume production.

SMT4501ALRNSCG uses a dual-side-cooled, source-down DFN3333-8L-SCG package. Compared with a conventional package, the source-down arrangement improves heat dissipation, dynamic performance and efficiency — the three axes that data-center IBC brick power supplies push on.
SMT13T02AHTL is SineSemi's latest-generation 135V N-channel SGT in a high-thermal-efficiency TOLL surface-mount package, with on-resistance down to 1.70 mΩ, 114 nC of gate charge and a 175°C junction-temperature limit. Built on the company's patented IDOS die technology, its structure is optimised for the joint-motor drives of quadruped robots: a wide SOA and robustness absorb the high current surges and load swings of running, jumping, hard stops and rough terrain; low parasitic inductance and low Qrr allow higher switching frequencies, cutting switching loss, voltage spikes and electrical stress during hard commutation; and a low FOM (RDS(ON) × Qg) reduces drive-system power draw, which helps battery run time in mobile robots.

SineSemi's portfolio addresses AI power, drone ESCs, robotics, quadruped robots, renewable energy storage and automotive electronics. Full parameters for all three shortlisted devices can be looked up on-site by part number; for a selection comparison in AI server power, data-center IBC or joint-motor drive, state the bus voltage and peak current in the part-number inquiry.
