SineSemi has introduced SMT300UALP and SMT300UALPS, two 30V N-channel MOSFETs built on its next-generation SGT technology platform in a compact PDFN5060-8L package. They target hot-swap and ORing stages in AI server power (IBC-LV), battery management (BMS) and high-power-density DC-DC conversion.
The two parts split the design space. SMT300UALP pushes on-resistance down to 0.32 mΩ for minimum conduction loss, with dynamic parameters and switching behavior tuned for conversion efficiency. SMT300UALPS pairs 0.39 mΩ with a reinforced safe operating area (SOA) and single-pulse avalanche capability, trading a little resistance for transient ruggedness — extra margin where hot-swap and ORing stages need it.
