SineSemi has launched 40V automotive-grade PDFN5060 half-bridge MOSFETs — SMT4004AHPHQ and SMT4004ALPHQ — compatible with equivalent automotive packages from European and U.S. vendors and suitable as a local alternative.
Both devices are AEC-Q101 qualified with PPAP support, sustain a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and up to about 80 A, and offer on-resistance as low as 3.6 mΩ. The package uses a copper-clip construction to improve thermal conduction and current handling, with wettable flanks for easier soldering and AOI inspection. The series builds in voltage-rating margin and works with standard gate drives to reduce false turn-on risk; package parasitic inductance is also trimmed to meet the power-density and reliability demands of body control.
